Amine Berrada

Veteran broker slayer of Maghreb, known as the Sunlit Bell. Wields Phantasm: Fog That Was Never There. Fell to their nemesis, Ghita Fassi.

Born in 1683 CE at Kebabenir, a garrison town in Maghreb, Amine Berrada lived as a black-market fixer until the war found them. The slayer mantle came in 1717 CE, after surviving a bite that should have turned them. Enemies chased Amine's Fog That Was Never There through fog that was never there. Across 9 years Amine burned out 3 nests hidden in cellars, tombs and cisterns. Ghita Fassi, the Velvet Warlord, ended Amine's tenure in 1726 CE; the mantle passed on and the vampire walked away. Amine learned the craft under Sabine Rousseau, the Dawnborn Arrow.
