Beatriz Ibanez

Minor assassin vampire of Iberia, known as the Velvet Herald. Wields Blood Scent Tracking: Crimson Compass. Still active today.

Born in 1928 CE at Carroo, a old quarter in Iberia, Beatriz Ibanez lived as a retired intelligence wet-worker until being turned in 1964 CE. Fleeing debtors, Beatriz sheltered in the wrong cellar. The maker was Hina Ishikawa, the Hollow Shroud. Beatriz rose within The Ivory Covenant. Beatriz's Crimson Compass read blood on the wind like a signpost. Over the years Beatriz raised 11 fledglings to hold Iberia's trade roads at night. The feud with Alvaro Herrera, the Iron Vow, never reached a final reckoning. Beatriz remains active today. Known weaknesses: running water at a threshold, fire.
