Dev Banerjee

Veteran hunter slayer of Indus and Ganges Plain, known as the Storm Hammer. Wields Hydrokinesis: Tidecall. Destroyed their nemesis, Kabir Nair.

Born in 1465 CE at Dhamasuita, a walled town in Indus and Ganges Plain, Dev Banerjee lived as a huntsman of the lord's wood until the war found him. The slayer mantle came in 1482 CE, after he was left for dead in a burned granary and rose with the sun. Tidecall gave Dev command of every drop of water nearby, from mist to flood. Across 31 years Dev burned out 12 nests hidden in cellars, tombs and cisterns. The war with Kabir Nair, the Ivory Tide, ended in 1485 CE, when the vampire was finally destroyed at Dhabhapraini. Dev learned the craft under Haruto Ishikawa, the Hollow Lance.
