Emiliano Mendoza

Elite scientist vampire of Mesoamerica, known as the Hollow Tide. Wields Hemokinesis: Red Tide. Feud with Carmen Hernandez never resolved.

Born in 1544 CE at Cucupali, a fortified abbey in Mesoamerica, Emiliano Mendoza lived as an alchemist until being turned in 1569 CE. Drowned in a river and pulled out by hands that were not entirely kind, Emiliano woke different. The maker was Tangqin Zhao, the Midnight Widow. Emiliano rose within The Velvet Circle. Red Tide let Emiliano steer blood inside living veins and outside them. Over the years Emiliano poisoned wells in 2 towns to hide a coven's feeding. The feud with Carmen Hernandez, the Pale Flame, never reached a final reckoning. Emiliano was destroyed in 1730 CE at the hands of a rival house. Known weaknesses: a slayer's mark laid on the skin, salt lines and doorway wards.
