Froingulf Sigulfar

Minor charmer vampire of Scandinavia, known as the Hollow Whisper. Wields Hydrokinesis: Drowned Chorus. Died alongside their nemesis, Thorild Eifroa.

Born in 276 CE at Thorgunir, a cathedral quarter in Scandinavia, Froingulf Sigulfar lived as a courtier until being turned in 309 CE. When his own patron turned him to keep him loyal, Froingulf had no vote in it. The maker was Maala Habassa, the Ivory Warlord. Froingulf rose within The Winter Assembly. Froingulf's Drowned Chorus bent rivers and rain into weapons. Over the years Froingulf ran a network of 4 informants inside the local watch. In 334 CE Froingulf and Thorild Eifroa killed each other, and both legends stopped there. Known weaknesses: hawthorn or ash-wood through the heart, iron nails driven into the threshold.
