Hieu Vu

Legendary hunter slayer of Southeast Asia, known as the Sworn Warden. Wields Cryokinesis: Glass Vigil. Fell to their nemesis, Leila Nazari.

Born in 1566 CE at Anlun, a walled town in Southeast Asia, Hieu Vu lived as a huntsman of the lord's wood until the war found him. The slayer mantle came in 1599 CE, after surviving a bite that should have turned him. Hieu used Glass Vigil to lock rivers, doors and enemies in glittering ice. Across 9 years Hieu broke 5 covens across Southeast Asia. Leila Nazari, the Velvet Hunger, ended Hieu's tenure in 1608 CE; the mantle passed on and the vampire walked away. Hieu learned the craft under Carmen Hernandez, the Pale Flame.
