Kaito Mori

Born in 1883 CE at Kiko, a mill town in Japan, Kaito Mori lived as an infantry conscript until being turned in 1914 CE. Volunteering for a bargain that promised revenge, Kaito never saw the price. Over the years Kaito hoarded 9 vaults of stolen relics. Rin Mori, the Silent Bell, destroyed him in 1957 CE. Known weaknesses: running water at a threshold, salt lines and doorway wards.
