Lu Namn

Elite mercenary slayer of Southeast Asia, known as the Burning Warden. Wields Undead Sense: Wrongness Sight. Fell to their nemesis, Takon Tag.

Born in 448 CE at Lunamban, a market town in Southeast Asia, Lu Namn lived as a sellsword from a broken company until the war found her. The slayer mantle came in 471 CE, during a siege, when she saw the enemy captain's shadow refuse to fall. Lu could pick a vampire out of a crowd by the cold spot it left, thanks to Wrongness Sight. Across 11 years Lu held 6 sunrise vigils over besieged towns. Takon Tag, the Cold Shroud, ended Lu's tenure in 482 CE; the mantle passed on and the vampire walked away. Rentau Rameset, the Vigil Lantern, trained her in the mantle's craft.
