Lucia Vidal

Elite assassin vampire of Iberia, known as the Velvet Marrow. Wields Umbrakinesis: Eclipse Mantle. Feud with Marisol Navarro never resolved.

Born in 1284 CE at Oribino, a walled town in Iberia, Lucia Vidal lived as a blade for hire in the city stews until being turned in 1321 CE. Volunteering for a bargain that promised revenge, Lucia never saw the price. The maker was Bruhild Ebbruhild, the Pale Tide. Lucia rose within The Midnight Cabal. Lucia's Eclipse Mantle turned every unlit corner into a hunting ground. Over the years Lucia ran a network of 4 informants inside the local watch. The feud with Marisol Navarro, the Wandering Bell, never reached a final reckoning. Lucia was destroyed in 1770 CE at dawn after a betrayal. Known weaknesses: silver-tipped weapons, direct sunlight.
