Mateo Mamani

Frontline hunter slayer of Andes, known as the Cold Hand. Wields Danger Sense: Cold Spine. Fell to their nemesis, Inti Condori.

Born in 1794 CE at Tachama, a border town in Andes, Mateo Mamani lived as a game warden until the war found them. The slayer mantle came in 1828 CE, in the wake of a plague that they alone seemed immune to, though every healer swore they had died. Cold Spine made Mateo's skin prickle a heartbeat before any blade fell. Inti Condori, the Wretched Envoy, ended Mateo's tenure in 1831 CE; the mantle passed on and the vampire walked away. Ren Hayashi, the Rising Blade, trained them in the mantle's craft.
