Mieb Derrasa

Veteran charmer slayer of Carpathians, known as the Rising Bell. Wields Hydrokinesis: Tidecall. Feud with Sardrous Dekmiia never resolved.

Born in 470 BCE at Bakaia, a caravan stop in Carpathians, Mieb Derrasa lived as a court singer until the war found him. The slayer mantle came in 436 BCE, after he was left for dead in a burned granary and rose with the sun. Mieb's Tidecall bent rivers and rain into weapons. Across 15 years Mieb cleared 3 feeding grounds along Carpathians's trade roads. The rivalry with Sardrous Dekmiia, the Eternal Herald, never reached a final reckoning; Mieb died in 421 BCE when a hunt went wrong in the dark.
