Nabil Baghdadi

Frontline spy slayer of Mesopotamia, known as the Ivory Bell. Wields Foresight: Next Breath. Fell to their nemesis, Hana Haddad.

Born in 1933 CE at Galenir, a border town in Mesopotamia, Nabil Baghdadi lived as a foreign-service operative until the war found him. The slayer mantle came in 1962 CE, after he was left for dead in a burned granary and rose with the sun. Next Breath gave Nabil fleeting flashes of the next few minutes of a fight. Across 7 years Nabil ended a 12-year reign of terror in the hills around Enishlua. Hana Haddad, the Weeping Shroud, ended Nabil's tenure in 1969 CE; the mantle passed on and the vampire walked away. Rin Mori, the Silent Bell, trained him in the mantle's craft.
