Odadee Sunsunu

Veteran soldier slayer of West Africa, known as the Burning Sentinel. Wields Rapid Healing: Knit-Flesh. Feud with Bayeme Nynyadeu never resolved.

Born in 377 CE at Kemokei, a river port in West Africa, Odadee Sunsunu lived as a garrison archer until the war found him. The slayer mantle came in 403 CE, when the previous bearer fell in his arms and the mark crossed over. Odadee's Knit-Flesh meant a fight was never over until Odadee chose to stop. Across 8 years Odadee kept a 5-year uneasy truce among the local houses, a truce vampires still whisper about. The rivalry with Bayeme Nynyadeu, the Sable Duelist, never reached a final reckoning; Odadee died in 411 CE when a hunt went wrong in the dark.
