Pavel Morozov

Seasoned detective vampire of Eurasian Steppe, known as the Gilded Duelist. Wields Predator Senses: Pulse Hunter. Still active today.

Born in 1946 CE at Ostdraan, a railway junction in Eurasian Steppe, Pavel Morozov lived as a police inspector until being turned in 1976 CE. In a plague pit, a vampire found Pavel still breathing and made a different use of him. The maker was Beatriz Ibanez, the Velvet Herald. Pavel rose within The Midnight Table. Pavel tracked prey by heartbeat and scent through Pulse Hunter. Over the years Pavel fed on 6 noble houses across Eurasian Steppe without leaving a single witness. The feud with Naomi Merritt, the Rising Lantern, never reached a final reckoning. Pavel remains active today. Known weaknesses: a slayer's mark laid on the skin, hawthorn or ash-wood through the heart.
