Rhewen Ebcaus

Seasoned assassin vampire of Britannia, known as the Sable Whisper. Wields Beast Shift: Wolf Hour. Outlived their nemesis, Harriet Whitlock.

Born in 1015 CE at Cadedcunwen, a toll-bridge town in Britannia, Rhewen Ebcaus lived as a blade for hire in the city stews until being turned in 1038 CE. Out of hunger for a longer life than the one on offer, Rhewen sought out the bite. The maker was Mabelos Belcinorix, the Gaunt Envoy. Rhewen rose within The Ashen Table. Rhewen's Wolf Hour blurred flesh into fang and fur. Over the years Rhewen poisoned wells in 9 towns to hide a coven's feeding. Rhewen outlived the slayer Harriet Whitlock, the Restless Lance, who fell in 1696 CE. Rhewen was destroyed in 1825 CE by an unnamed hunter. Known weaknesses: hawthorn or ash-wood through the heart, a slayer's mark laid on the skin.
