Rin Mori

Veteran detective slayer of Japan, known as the Silent Bell. Wields Mind Reading: Lie Breaker. Destroyed their nemesis, Kaito Mori.

Born in 1917 CE at Koyu, a harbor district in Japan, Rin Mori lived as a police inspector until the war found her. The slayer mantle came in 1947 CE, in the wake of a plague that she alone seemed immune to, though every healer swore she had died. Rin used Lie Breaker to strip lies from a conversation as it happened. Across 16 years Rin trained 10 lesser hunters who carried the fight forward. The war with Kaito Mori, the Sable Tide, ended in 1957 CE, when the vampire was finally destroyed at Haki. Yui Fujimoto, the Dawnborn Vow, trained her in the mantle's craft.
