Svetlana Volkov

Frontline spy slayer of Eurasian Steppe, known as the Ashen Oath. Wields Hydrokinesis: Drowned Chorus. Destroyed their nemesis, Tuslav Kodraslav.

Born in 1357 CE at Dravlarosslav, a stone keep in Eurasian Steppe, Svetlana Volkov lived as a merchant-house intelligencer until the war found them. The slayer mantle came in 1382 CE, on the road home from a wedding, when they was the only guest still standing. Svetlana's Drowned Chorus bent rivers and rain into weapons. Across 31 years Svetlana burned out 7 nests hidden in cellars, tombs and cisterns. The war with Tuslav Kodraslav, the Whispering Shroud, ended in 1392 CE, when the vampire was finally destroyed at Izyarrosov. Irina Sokolov, the Lantern Flame, trained them in the mantle's craft.
