Wainani Harulara

Seasoned thief vampire of Oceania, known as the Weeping Hunger. Wields Hemokinesis: Sanguine Lash. Destroyed by their nemesis, Toby Sinclair.

Born in 1236 CE at Wanani, a monastery in Oceania, Wainani Harulara lived as a cathedral burglar until being turned in 1261 CE. At a masked ball that Wainani never truly left, the guest of honor made him immortal. The maker was Isssa Tifsith, the Ashen Tide. Wainani rose within The Winter Assembly. Sanguine Lash let Wainani steer blood inside living veins and outside them. Over the years Wainani pitted 8 rival houses against each other and profited from every fall. Toby Sinclair, the Pale Blade, destroyed him in 1590 CE. Known weaknesses: salt lines and doorway wards, direct sunlight.
