Yasmin Hamdy

Seasoned thief vampire of Nile Valley, known as the Ashen Regent. Wields Super Speed: Heartbeat Step. Feud with Nadia Nassar never resolved.

Born in 1827 CE at Senmenamunra, a border town in Nile Valley, Yasmin Hamdy lived as a safe-cracker until being turned in 1866 CE. Out of hunger for a longer life than the one on offer, Yasmin sought out the bite. The maker was Harriet Blackwood, the Gilded Shadow. Yasmin rose within The Sable Table. Heartbeat Step let Yasmin cross a courtyard before a heartbeat finished. Over the years Yasmin raised 4 fledglings to hold Nile Valley's trade roads at night. The feud with Nadia Nassar, the Sunlit Hound, never reached a final reckoning. Yasmin was destroyed in 1962 CE at dawn after a betrayal. Known weaknesses: a slayer's mark laid on the skin, hawthorn or ash-wood through the heart.
