Reinforced Thermal Cloak

A heavy, insulated cloak with a reinforced outer layer, built primarily to hold in body heat during extended exposure to cold but sturdy enough to blunt the force of a glancing strike or a fall against a hard surface along the way.

Its bulk and weight limit fast, precise movement, and its protection is genuinely secondary to its insulating purpose, so it is chosen for endurance in harsh conditions rather than active combat.
