Riot Shield Harness

A reinforced shoulder harness that carries the weight of a full-body riot shield, letting the wearer maintain broad frontal cover against thrown objects or a charging attacker while still keeping one hand free for another task.

The harness and shield together are heavy and slow the wearer's movement considerably, and the shield offers no protection at all to the flanks or the rear.
