Mesh Network Node

A small, deployable node that automatically links up with other nodes scattered nearby to form a self-healing mesh network, keeping a team connected across a wide or badly obstructed area even if one or two individual nodes fail.

The network needs enough nodes spread across the area to actually cover it, so a single node on its own offers only a modest improvement over a standard radio.
