Illumination Flare Kit

A set of high-intensity flares, each burning brightly for several minutes, useful for signalling a location to allies at a distance or lighting up a dark room, alley, or stretch of ground that would otherwise need a torch or lamp.

A lit flare is highly visible to anyone in the area, allies and opponents alike, so using one always trades concealment for the light or signal it provides.
