Static Trail Camera

A weatherproof camera that mounts unobtrusively against a tree, wall, or post outdoors, triggering automatically on movement to capture footage over days or weeks entirely unattended, with no one needing to watch a live feed at all.

Its battery and storage still need periodic checking and replacing, and a camera left in the same spot too long runs a real risk of eventually being spotted and removed.
