Autonomous Surveillance Drone

A self-guided drone that follows a pre-programmed patrol route entirely on its own, using onboard processing to flag unusual activity and alert an operator only when something actually warrants attention, rather than requiring constant manual piloting.

Its autonomous routing is predictable once observed over time, and its onboard processing, while capable, is still more limited than a trained human eye at reading genuinely ambiguous situations.
