Quantum Computing Core

A specialised processing core using quantum principles to solve certain kinds of complex calculations - cryptographic problems especially - dramatically faster than any conventional processor of a comparable size could manage.

Its advantage applies only to a narrow set of problems well suited to quantum methods, so for most everyday computing tasks it offers no real benefit over a standard processor, at significantly greater cost and complexity.
