Armored Pursuit Sedan

A sedan deliberately built to look unremarkable from the outside, its body panels backed with lightweight composite armour and its tyres run-flat rated to keep moving after small-arms fire or a deliberate puncture attempt. It draws no attention parked on an ordinary street, which is often as valuable as its armour.

The added weight from the plating measurably affects handling and acceleration compared to the base vehicle it is built from, a trade-off accepted for the protection it buys during an extended pursuit or ambush.
