Grappling Hook Jeep

An open-frame, off-road jeep fitted with a heavy-duty front winch and a reinforced grapple mount, built as much for pulling a stuck or disabled vehicle free as for anchoring a line up a steep slope. Its rugged frame handles rough terrain that would damage a standard road vehicle.

Its open frame offers the driver and any passenger no real protection from the elements or an incoming attack, so it tends to be used in situations where speed and off-road capability outweigh the need for cover.
