Stealth Helicopter

A lightweight helicopter fitted with noise-dampening housings around its rotor assembly and a muffled exhaust, meaningfully cutting the rotor noise most people instinctively associate with an approaching helicopter, though never eliminating it entirely. It remains, fundamentally, a full aircraft, with all the training and maintenance that implies.

Its size and the airspace regulations around any aircraft make it a tool for a very small number of operators with the resources and licensing to maintain and fly one, rather than a common piece of gear.
