Iron Claws

A set of curved metal claws fitted over a reinforced knuckle guard, extending a fighter's natural reach by several inches and turning an open-hand strike into a raking, tearing one. Traditionally associated with close-in, grappling-heavy fighting styles, they reward a wielder who is already comfortable fighting at very short range.

Because they are worn rather than carried loose, they cannot be knocked from the hand the way a held weapon can - a real advantage in a prolonged grapple, at the cost of being far more conspicuous and harder to conceal than most bladed weapons of similar size.
