Taser Gauntlets

A pair of reinforced knuckle gauntlets wired internally to deliver a brief, high-voltage charge on direct contact, turning an ordinary punch into a strike that both bruises and incapacitates. A guarded activation switch in the palm keeps the charge from discharging during normal handling.

Because the charge only fires on contact, they offer no advantage at range, and repeated use drains their internal cell quickly - most wielders reserve the charge for the strike most likely to end an exchange outright rather than firing it on every punch thrown.
