Twin Hidden Blades

A pair of short, spring-loaded blades mounted along the forearm and mechanically linked to a discreet trigger - a specific wrist flex or finger press - concealed entirely beneath an ordinary sleeve until deployed. Their existence is rarely suspected even by someone who has searched a wielder for obvious weapons.

Range is minimal by design, so they are used almost exclusively in the opening instant of a close-range ambush, relying on total surprise rather than any sustained fighting advantage.
