Compact SMG

A small-frame submachine gun, compact enough to conceal under a jacket yet capable of sustained automatic fire well beyond what a pistol or machine pistol can offer. Its light weight makes recoil control across a longer burst a genuine challenge without dedicated training.

Like any automatic firearm it represents a serious lethal escalation, generally reserved by vigilantes who carry one for confrontations that have already moved well past anything else in their loadout could resolve.
